Seems to me to be a series of superimposed images, slow shutter speed creating the blur, but i do not see it as Gallery.

Oh I just want to say something highly sardonic. Look, I'm all for exeriments in shutter speed, high ISO and grain........but......oh why bother. A good example why self proposals should be outlawed.
