I like the high-key in this picture, it makes a very nice tone.The way its orientated somehow i have a problem with, the hairline has been cut in a way i find not pleasing to the eye. I need to think about it.

The hairline being cut is one major flaw as i see it, and another one is the underlip, which somehow does not look good.I agree that the eye's and eyebrows look very expressive, but in my opinion that alone is not enough to "make" the pic.

I have problems with the cut (crop?) of the image. I would have cut more on top and I miss something at the bottom.I like the high-key. So, I skip.
