Lake Nero near Rostov, an acient smalll and famous town in Russia.

The ice was still weak, cracking under the feets, but there have been several brave skaters already. Bravo!

Only the sun reflection in the foregound doesn't look
very well. That's all what I have to criticise.
cheers

This photo was proposed for the gallery, as the voting ended with 17 pro und 33 contra votes. Maybe next time you will be more successful;-)

This is where my grandma lives in.
Beautiful scene there, as usual!

Robert Riley, 15.11.2005 at 3:57h

Very good shot, but not for the gallery. The centre is overexposed, and the buildings on the right are out of focus.

Sorry Contra

Dominic Falcone, 15.11.2005 at 3:57h

For sheer impact this is PRO for me

Vladimir Danilov, 15.11.2005 at 3:57h

@Robert Riley: He he... Have you managed somewhen to capture the sun not overexposed at these hours? 8-))

Shoud the buildings be in focus you think?? Hmmm...

thanx for your vote.

Danny W. Wilson, 15.11.2005 at 3:57h

Excellent exposure! I love it.

Peter Mertz, 15.11.2005 at 3:57h

As already mentioned the sun reflections is bothering.

Vladimir Danilov, 15.11.2005 at 3:57h

@Celal Tayar:
Actually I don't see any reason, too, to propose this my image for the Gallery. But it's not my decision, sorry. And thanks for voting

Alin Neamtu, 15.11.2005 at 3:57h
