Duchess of The Electric Fan
A woman sits and defies the high heat and humidity. She is one that has a small stall with electricity. She can wait-out the weather until the storm clouds come and cool down the streets. People that pass by appreciate a cool steam of fan driven air. It gives them a little relief in their day.,
