Stimmt, das Schild habe ich bewußt eingebaut. Die zitierte Verordnung sagte mir vor Ort nichts. Ich kenne zwar die entsprechenden Schilder mit Hinweis auf die Bau- und Betriebordnungen für Eisenbahn (EBO) bzw. Straßenbahn (BOStrab).
Hier wird BVO St zitiert, die "Bergverordnung für die Steinkohlenbergwerke" in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Gültig wäre eine neuere Fassung. Jene vom 01.05.2001 hat aber nur noch 63 Paragraphen.
