Ich kenne auch 3 von solchen verlassenen Häusern. Bei einem habe ich die Nachbarn gefragt die übern Zaun schauten.
Der Bewohner kommen ins Altenheim, wollen IHR Haus aber nicht verkaufen. Die Erben wohnen weiter weg und haben nicht wirklich Interesse an so einem alten Haus. Also wird´s abgeschlossen.
Dann kommt der erste Einbruch, Wasserschaden und Parties den Rest kennt Ihr.
