Mittelsteine ist jeden Bahnfreund ein Begriff . Führte hier doch die legendäre Eulengebirgsbahn entlang . In letzter Zeit wurde der kleine Abzweigbahnhof , der auch über eine kleine Lokeinsatzstelle verfügte , als Lokfriedhof bekannt . Diese Maschinen kamen bis in die siebziger auch zum Grenzbahnhof "Oderbrücke" Frankfurt.
Sie so zu sehen, ist schon schwer erlebbar.
