Richard Seddon (1845 - 1906), auch genannt "King Dick", war der 15. Premierminister Neuseelands und wird von vielen als einer der größten politischen Führer Neuseelands angesehen. (Quelle: Wikipedia)
Ihm hat man vor dem Parliament House ein Denkmal gesetzt.
