Brocken Glint (99 7238-1 with train 8945 - Harz narrow gauge railway)

On 02/01/2012 there was freezing cold on the Brocken (Harz Mountains, Germany), which due to the strong easterly wind of us (Klaus-Henning Damm , Michael PK and me) was felt to be almost unbearable. However, we waited until the last train out, and then were rewarded with this shot.

On 10/01/2009 a photo of this train because of tardiness was not a success:
