. . Jetzt frage ich einmal naiv, . . sind die noch zu essen? . . irgendwo glaube ich gelesen zu haben, dass es in China eine Spezialität sein soll, . . wer weiss. .

Hallo Helmut !
Ich würde diese Eier nicht essen, aber für die Asiaten sind sie etwas Delikates und auf jedem einheimischen Markt zu finden.

Besonders appetitlich sehen die nicht aus. Ich habe sie in China einmal probiert, man kann sie essen, aber es ist keine Delikatesse für einen deutschen Gaumen.
