Ich glaub, ich möchte nicht wirklich in Venedig leben , obwohl ich diese Stadt liebe , weil ich
die vielen Touristen nicht aushalten könnte !

visually a very attractive city ... yes

I understand what you mean about living there, and the tourists...
I lived on a greek island (three years, then aber the birth of my son in San Franciso, two years)
... in the early days there where pratically no tourists... but later on, the island became flooded with tourists... and was really difficult... (there were two prices for goods... lower price for the inhabitants (those who lived there) and the tourists (which paid a higher price
)
