: )))) what a great dynamic shot! the little remark you chose for your title makes me smile! now i'm imagining an elderly couple – a grandma and grandpa butterfly – fluttering from blossom to blossom together, with him always being a little too slow because he's just a little too plump around the waist, from all the delicious pollen she scouts out for them! ; )) greetings, sabine. p.s.: the orange flower does look beautiful, tropical and very delicious! ; ))

There are no special technics,
It's only a question of the light and of the settings you make for your camera
It's also very important to observe and study the habits of the butterflies, to know their schedules
Each butterfly is different from the other, like birds, should be observed ...
