Overdose gewann am 17. April 2011 den Saisonauftakt auf der Galopprennbahn in Hoppegarten / Berlin. Er unterbot den Bahnrecord um mehr als 3 Sekunden. Es wird ihm nachgesagt, dass er das zur Zeit schnellste Rennpferd der Welt ist. Andreas Suborics, der Champion Jocky war sehr beegeistert von Overdose.
