Toll, zusammen mit dem nächsten Bild.

Im Irrenhaus trifft der Arzt einen Patienten, der eine Zahnbürste hinter sich zieht.
Arzt: "Na, Herr Müller, da haben Sie aber einen schönen Hund".
Patient: "Aber Herr Doktor, das ist doch nur 'ne Zahnbürste".
Der Arzt räuspert sich, sagt hastig "Hm, ja, ja, natürlich" und verschwindet eiligst hinter der nächsten Ecke.
Dreht sich der Patient zu der Zahnbürste und sagt: "Na, dem haben wir es aber gezeigt, was Fiffi?"
