A great but sad picture of a tragic human destiny. One of those picture where the underlying purpose behind picture and the content in which it is published becomes very central. The purpose may be to draw people's attention to something that's not right or to expoit a human being that's very vulnerable for the sake of simply making a striking picture,From your brief comment I read out that your purpose is the first one.
