Es kann natürlich Situationen geben, in denen einmal „tabula rasa“ gemacht werden muss.

Zuweilen ist es ganz heilsam, und danach vermisst man nichts (etwa nach dem Verkauf der analogen Kameras). ;-)
Wie bei allen radikalen Lösungen ist aber auch hier das Wie, das Warum, das Wann besonders gründlich zu bedenken. Vielleicht gibt es auch manchmal etwas, was man einige Zeit später doch wieder gerne hätte, aber dann ist es zu spät.

Lieber Flighty Furrow, ich hoffe, dass es nicht meine Anmerkung war, die dich dazu gebracht hat, alle Aufnahmen bis auf eine zu löschen. Leider gab es dafür auch noch ein anderes Vorbild. Ich muss allerdings sagen, dass mir dafür das Verständnis fehlt. Aber immer aber noch besser als der Totalrückzug einer Fotofreundin, der mir letztens weitere Lücken unter meinen Bildern gerissen hat. EckhardFlighty Furrow, 12.01.2010 at 14:20h

Keine Bange es war gewollt. Im Gegenzug tut es mir leid wenn jetzt einige meiner Kommentare ein wenig verstümmelt aussehen. Die Verlockung der schönen Leere, die Ruhe des leeren Blattes war groß.
In der Digitalfotographie ist das noch dazu so einfach: Auswählen und entfernen, weg. Wenn morgen der Server abstürzt (was er natürlich nicht tut ;-) wäre auch alles weg. Da er es aber nicht tut, bleibt einem die Tat selbst überlassen ;-).
Und dann ist da noch die Idee des Bildes, das mit der Tat selbst einhergeht. Das Spiel mit Form, Inhalt und deren Bedeutung (das Signifikat wird zum Signifikant und/oder umgekehrt) kitzelt mich immer wieder. Der gekitzelte wird Lachen – ob er will oder nicht. In diesem Sinne hoffe ich auf ein Kommentarfreudiges Jahr!

Lieber Flighty Furrow, nicht jede(r) ist erfreut, wenn die Kommentare, für die man sich mitunter relativ viel Zeit nimmt, auf einmal ratzfatz weg sind. Ich habe bereits aufgehört, Bilder von Fotofreunden zu verlinken, weil man nicht sicher sein kann, ob sie ein halbes Jahr später noch da sind. Du könntest die Bilder, die Du "löschst", ja auch in einen Fotoheimordner tun. EckhardJohann Dittmann, 3.02.2010 at 12:29h

It's the space where freedom and an infinite dream can be drawn, but that's also the space where big pressure is felt fearfully.In the freedom without the limit, will and physical strength resisting one line are demanded. And it is not given deleting it chalk. And we am agonized to look for the direction of the line at night at noon and overcome an obsession from the space, and something is brought about before long.
