Auflösung:
Es sind Ventil-Kegel.
Hergestellt in der alten Fabrik von „Dietz und Pfriem“.
Sie produzierten von kleinen Ventilen (für Autos) bis zu riesigen Ventilen (für große Schiffe) bis in
die 1990er Jahre. Die Fabrik existiert nicht mehr und ist jetzt Teil des Industrie-Museums Lauf auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flusses.

Solving:
It are valves.
Build in the old factory “Dietz & Pfriem”.
They made small valves (for cars) to very large ones (for big ships) untill the 1990ies.
This factory is closed and now part of the Indusry Museum Lauf straight on the other side of the river.

Mit Ventilstößeln liegt, so glaube ich, der Herr k-richter genau richtig.
Um es noch genauer zu sagen, es sind Pilzstößel !
In der Autoindustrie hat man, je nach Motor, verschiedene Bauarten.
