Die F-16 Fighting Falcon ist ein Mehrzweckkampfjet der amerikanischen Firma General Dynamics, deren Militärflugzeugsparte mittlerweile zu Lockheed Martin gehört. Sie befindet sich weltweit im Einsatz für zahlreiche Länder und wird manchmal auch als „Viper“ bezeichnet, nach dem firmeninternen Codenamen während der Entwicklung.
