Also da möchte ich doch einmal vorsichtige Zweifel anmelden. Als die Formel 1 1969 am Ring war, waren die hohen Flügel wie auf dem Bild bereits verboten.
Außerdem fuhren die McLaren mit dem V8-Cosworth-Motor und der hatte nicht so lange Auspuffrohre. Ich sehe überhaupt nur ein Auspuffrohr. Deshalb ist das wohl ein 4-Zylinder-Formel 2-Motor.
Ich denke, es ist Jackie Stewart im Matra MS7-Formel 2 beim Eifelrennen 1969.
