Taken on Lake Staffel, Upper Bavaria in the late afternoon in November not long before dusk. The gulls, ducks and other birds were getting ready to settle.
Aufgenommen an einem späten Nachmittag am Staffelsee im November kurz vor der Dämmerung. Die Möwen, Enten und andere Vögel haben langsam Rastplätze gesucht.

@Everyone, thank you for your many comments, critiques and compliments. We had amazing light that afternoon. And the tranquil mood was just right.
@Allerseits, vielen Dank für Eure Kommentare, Kritik und Komplimente:-) Ich habe mich sehr gefreut.
@Snowmaker, ich habe die Farben nicht teilweise in s/w gesetzt. Es war relativ dunkel und die Farben waren schon gedämpft, ich habe eher die dunkelen Stellen etwas aufgehellt und die Farbe sogar leicht gesättigt.

Thats nice lassie, wonderful depth of field here. Its nice the way the eye is drawn into the picture, and then ends up in the light fog there in the background.
