Bangus Tapa. (Milk Fish marinated on spicy vinegar and soy sauce, afterwhich it is dried under the sun). An all-time Filipino favorite breakfast. Damortis, Sto Tomas, La Union is known for dried fish. I pushed the global saturation to emphasize the brownish color of the Bangus. Taken with my Olympus E-510.
