Groningen 2004. Für mich "typisch holländisch"! Mittlerweile wurden die Fahrradständer eine Etage tiefer gelegt und überdacht.

Bei dem Problem würde eindeutig so ein 1,50 Meter langes TigerEnten - Fähnchen helfen, wie man es manchmal an Kinderfahrrädern sieht. ;o)
