New York City is a never ending tinder box of the strange, erotic and the real. Somehow the daily man opens up like a flower because this is one of the few cities , though tough allows one to just be, while being questioned by a real policeman just in case he's a dangerous psycho waking the streets.

Guy likes a jokes ... but sometimes jokes go far beyond the reasonable. Maybe he is a former hippie? :-)
Or crazy carousel of life in New York pushes its inhabitants to such extravagant behavior?
