It almost looks like a photo printed in a news paper from several years ago.
The cityscape is perfectly captured, I recognized it immediately, the format is perfect and interesting the b&w effect.
The only but is the sky that is so whitish it's almost not there at all...
I like very much the unfocused bush at the right-hand corner of the photo, gives the scene depth.
