Cullen Skink is a thick Scottish soup made of smoked Finnan haddie, potatoes and onions and milk. Lots of white ground pepper. Lacking the traditional ingredient, any other undyed smoked haddock will suffice. Quick and easy to make.

That receipe doesnt sound too bad especially lacking the traditional ingredient lol - i prefer the haddock.
Planning on taking a trip to Scotland late next year - so i might get the chance to try some of those lovely Scottish broths.
