Ursprünglich dachten die Amerikaner sie seien auf dem antarktischen Festland. Zwei Jahre später taute die Bucht auf! Der Panzer steht dort seit Ende der 40ziger Jahre.

It is not a tank ....but a vehicle from 1947's expedition into the peninsula, for mapping the Graham land.
