I like both the color and b&w versions. I think the color version is stronger because of the wonderful colors in the balloons.

I also like the positioning of the peoble and the ropes leading the viewer to the balloons.

I think the b&w version could use some contrast adjustment.

This looks great, the man in the foreground spents his full power to handle the balloon.
