Second picture from a teamwork together with Bob van Ooik. My shots are right and left and he was doing the reportage covering. We had mega fun working there.

@mike:der dampf, der eigentlich rauch ist - smoked = geräuchert - zieht von rechts, hinter dem koch her, links ins bild rein.
und links und rechts waren glaub ich auch mal zusammen. :)
das räuchergerät steht ja auch selbst noch im rechten bild.
@olga: although i do not eat fish, this looks very tasty and special! the combination of the three photos tells a whole "delightful story"... ;-) cheers, armin

Also rechts der Teller mit dem rohen Lachs paßt aber nicht, denn roher Lachs ist kalt und dampft deswegen nicht. Kleiner schönheitsfehler, aber wie machst du denn überhaupt den Dampf ins Bild ???Wolfgang Grafen 10/04/2007 23:54
