what does uni mean...that's the only thing i couldn't understand...

In the strictest sense, UNI means a single colour backgournd (including white or black) that has no other design elements. I'm sure a lot of people were like you and didn't know what it meant.If we were being anal about it, great shots like this one, the coffee beans, and anything on cloth with designs on them would be left out. That would be most unfortunate.
I like all the different approaches and techniques that have been used in this exercise and some of the shots that have broken the RULES are my favorites.
In my opinion, your shot is on a uni background. Even though it has design elements incorporated in it - it is the same background throughout the shot. I feel the same way about the coffee cup with the rope around it.
I think first and foremost, this is about the creative uses of natural light. But the guidlines were there for a purpose, to keep us all in the same game. I just hope the the fun police aren't out in force.
