It's barely stable enough to sit on. The orange spot is unexpected lens flare from the sun that was low in the horizon and to the right of the photo.vitagraf 31/03/2012 9:06
Are you sure the bench is stable enough? It looks quite old like the photo itself. Nice brown colors and interesting sharpness. What is this orange circle at the left side?
