Civilian insubordination
A view at the piers in IJmuiden, Holland. Due the stormy weather the piers are closed for the public.
An explanation for the sign at the barrier wich is in Dutch language:
Prohibeted access. Life danger.
Altough the sign, the lifeguard has a hell of a job to get the people of the piers...
