Looks as if your mother really likes her garden!You could try to cut off a little from the sides, especially from the left, as this is "dead space" which does not add anything to the picture. Try to go a little closer to your subject, I'm sure she wouldn't bite you... :))

@Stefan: the fotocommunity is meant to be a community for photographers of ALL skills. It would be better if you share some tips to improve a picture instead of writing such disecouraging rubbish!
