Bridge Over No Water

The temperature has been over 100 degrees for two weeks and the local river has dried up. If we get 10 inches of rain in as little as 4 days our property is flooded by this little river. In the last 4 year this river has flooded us 2 time. This is a local swimming spot when all is well. Right now the river is dry and you can walk up, down and across the river without getting wet.
