Face of ???

Whilst playing at recombinant images, I suddenly bacame aware of a world leader of the past looking out from my screen. Maybe I am imagining it or I just have a good imagination.
Can you see a 20th Century world leader in this image?
Actual image is a waterfall, recombined from three individual images, split into RGB then recombined across images.

I love it when I can spot a face in random shapes/patterns- this is a great one- not sure about a world leader but def. enough to set the imagination alight.
