.........or just another fossil at Robin Hood's Bay on the North-east coast of North Yorkshire England. The rock was well over a hundred pounds, or I woud have added it to my collection. Looked like some type of a softshell creature that had got rolled up and fragmented on the ocean bottom and then fossilized, the shell parts where a beautiful cream white opal that resembled pearls.......slightly larger then a baseball it reminded me of an astrological sign of some sort..... :-})

that's for me interesting too!!!! there are so many things in, around, between, above, under the seas we don't know. and I think it's good that we don't....
but? it's great that you share this-one with us... it's really EXTRAORDINARY!!!! like the part of a tortoise shell or a net, or a unknown message we can't read anymore.... etcetera........
