Fireweed
Although not a typical plant of the bogland, this specimen was growing right in the middle of the swamp. The name Fireweed derives from the species' abundance as a quick colonist on burned sites after forest fires.
Location : nature reserve ‘Hohes Venn’ (Baraque Michel - Belgium)
Dutch name : Wilgenroosje
German name : Waldweidenröschen
Latin name : Chamerion angustifolium

Ein Waldweisenröschen sieht man auch nicht alle Tage.Hast Du sehr gut präsentiert und die Aufnahme gefällt mir sehr gut. Da scheint das zu sein, was ich immer suche, nämlich Ruhe.
