Winter hike on the heathland (7)
On a cold frosty day with plenty of sunshine, it’s ideal to make a winter hike on the ‘Kalmthoutse Heide’, even without snow.
The ‘Kalmthoutse Heide’ is one of the greatest National Parks of Belgium with many fens, heathland, inland dunes and vast forests.
The forest belt in the background consists of evergreen Corsican pines.
A treat for the eye in the often colourless winter.
