How do you do?
Praying mantis from my garden sitting on the sunflower petal. I took this at night using Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX as a light source. Since this photo was taken outdoor and the wind was going crazy, I used high speed sync (1/200) using the hack version of 300D.
Camera: Canon EOS 300D
Lens: Tamron 90mm Di Macro
Flash: Canon Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX
Exposure: 1/200 sec @ f/16
