The praying mantis
I took this shot last night, the mantis was sitting on the sunflower petal at my front garden. Canon Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX as a source of light, set at high speed sync (1/200 sec) using hack version of 300D.
Camera: Canon EOS 300D
Flash: Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX
Lens: Tamron 90mm Di Macro
Exposure: 1/200 sec @ f/16
