Rambutan

This spiney fruit, about 1 1/2 inches across, is very similar to the litchi, with a white, pulpy fruit around a single seed. Yummy.

Sorry I've been so negligent about visiting FC lately. Been quite busy preparing for two concerts, a Messiah sing-along, and our Carnegie Hall trip. Hope to be back in full swing soon.
