The Living Forest (272) : Pasque flower
Pasque flower is a plant with striking purple springflowers that is native to western, central and southern Europe.
In Belgium however it’s a very rare species but I found them growing in the ‘Wolfsbush’ at Montenau.
The plant is highly toxic, in particular for dogs !

Latin name : Pulsatilla vulgaris

Oh, sooo schön, diese Blüte umrahmt vom fein gefiederten Laub! Das Licht lässt die gelbe Blütenmitte und auch die lila Blütenblätter herrlich leuchten! Du zeigst diese herrliche Küchenschelle in einem ganz feinen, gelungenen Bildschnitt!!!!
