Common chicory (Cichorium intybus) is a bushy perennial herb...
It grows as a wild plant on roadsides in its native Europe...

The Blue and white caught my attentions ...
Extra bonus the little ant in the centre...
Don't know the name of this flower , if anyone has an idea , please let me know....

Ich denke, dass du hier eine Wegwarten-Blüte zeigst (Cichorium intybus),. Sie sind wahre Schönheiten und stehen einfach so am Wegesrand... Die Schärfe ist superb!!! Und die Farben Genuss pur...
Die Wegwarte ist in Deutschland die Blume des Jahres 2009...

very nicely you have held on this chicory blossom. The ant is excellent as an addition for the marvellous colour. A coffee substitute was produced earlier of the roots of this plant.
