thanks mark. one thing i've learned from my photography 'teacher' is to always look behind you when you're on the trail. well, i was on the trail, turned around and voila, this is what i saw! i'm still learning so thanks for the nice comment!Mark Hell 20/02/2010 5:14

I had to work fast because those clouds were moving out quickly. Took a couple shots of this scene--all slightly different--this one came out the nicest.Loving everyone else's profiles and images as well. I've been learning a lot from other photos as well!

Thank you Allan. Believe it or not, this was one of my very first pictures taken with a digital camera. I was camping and one of the other campers had a digicam he wanted to sell, so he let me try it out. It was after this trip that I decided finally to buy a digital slr. I think I got lucky on this shot, but it's helped me to train my eye a bit more.Allan Thompson 27/01/2010 7:39
