partenza ore 07.00 da Castelvecchio di Compito (LU), versante est dei monti pisani, sentiero cai n.28 , leggera nebbiolina a valle, comincio a salire il bosco emana profumi intensi di umidità ed humus , circondato da questo ambiente autunnale con le foglie a terra........ ha sempre un fascino irresistibile per i miei occhi (ed è proprio per questo spettacolo che mi sono alzato così presto in un giorno di lavoro) arrivo a circa 300 mt di dislivello e subito dopo un tornante mi appare il borgo medioevale di Castelvecchio illuminato da i primi raggi della mattina....uno spettacolo......in lontananza, dopo il padule di Bientina, nella nebbia si scorge anche il campanile di Orentano, preso dalla voglia di immortalare l'istante tiro fuori la mia reflex e faccio decine di scatti ....spero di aver reso giustizia ad un istante veramente magico.

I hope I have done justice to a truly magical moment.
