I agree that cropping the plastic bag out could be a good idea, failing that just edit it out with patching photoshoppe stylee lol. I like the silhouette though.

I think the lighting would be better if you got the light from behind you, then the person would be lit up. Maybe crop the bottom a little, like to where the dark areas are, halfway between the bag and the bottom of the photo. What if you made the foreground brighter?
