Street Waif
I was hustling along towards a long dock that wound along part of Bellingham Bay on the Puget Sound when I almost ran into this young woman. Her face was pasted white, her head dyed brilliant red, and her eyes as intriguing as the innocent ever get. I took a quick exposure and asked her if it were all right. It was.
