Vancouver Living ... with Peeling Paint and Fake Balconies

Thats great. And a interesting also. Wondeful impression. I think, this is a "Backstein"-builded house (Klinker, "bricks" in english?) and people they paintetd colours over the stones dont understand quality of these materials, stupido I can only say.

@Michael ... yes, built out of bricks (oder Backsteine auf deutsch) and later painted over ... muy stupido, indeed!

Oh yes...could see the bird house there :)) A very nice shot of the building Adele ...If they paint it again and take out those balcony like stuff out I am sure it will be a beautiful building again...

I think this is taking the "distressed" look a bit too far! It is crying out for more than a lick of paint and I wonder what the point is of the balconies, just more maintenance I would have thought. I spotted the red bird house! Nice picture Adele.

dein streifzug "vancouver living" hat schon den rang einer doku. und changiert herrlich zwischen
( z.t. bitterer) realität und ästhetischem reiz.
wobei ersteres das zweite nicht ausschließt.
