Roussillon Abstract
Part of the 'Roussillon Series'.
France - June, 2001
Roussillon is a hill town in the south of France. The color 'ochre' originated there.
The cliffs that surround the town are imbedded with bright colored mineral deposits which create not only an ochre coloring, but other hues of blue, lavender and green, as well.
