Evening at Cabbage Island
the dead tree and view towards the mountains in the evening light set the mood - and yes, there is overexposure here, but I still like the image :-))
we stayed at this little bay between Cabbage and Tumbo Islands for a couple of days - much to explore, and here the Salish Sea meets the Haro Strait, and the American San Juan Islands are just across the water ...

Sometimes, I guess, overexposure invites for dreaming. When you see a white surface you have the chance to use your phantasy. Overexposure is sometimes a really good thing and art goes beyond technical restrictions, limitations.
