Ducks seem to have the right -a-way on Chincoteague Island
at least that is what it seemed like. All traffic stopped when the ducks crossed the street :-)
Speed limit was 25 miles/hour on Main street.

Moin gemblue,typische Stromleitungen, wie überall in Amerika. Kommen die Stürme, die Taifune oder die Tornados, dann wird es auf den Straßen durch umgewehte Strommasten sehr gefährlich ! Ich glaube aber nicht, dass sich die Ente darüber den Kopf zerbricht.

she was safe in the end - and your image tells a story ... just two days ago this happened to me on the freeway doing 60 miles an hour - a mom and 6 ducklings, and we avoided her, and a big semi managed to get into the shoulder lane .... but we wondered, and I am still wondering if they crossed all lanes safely !!!hugs, Adele
